Rules & Goals of the Week
1. Aim for 8 hours of sleep.
The best way to remain motivated and tackle all of your positive habits is to prime your body properly and reach the optimal amount of sleep. For most people, an attainable goal is 8 hours. Do your best to hit that number as often as you can this week!
2. Put down your phone.
In the digital age, our phones often feel like an extension of our bodies and minds. However, this week you will do your best to have some time away from your phone every day. There’s no better time to do this than during your meals, surrounded by friends or family with which you can connect and laugh.
3. Learn something new.
This week, don’t just read without a purpose. Do it with direction. Whether that requires re-reading a book, creating a summary or researching a concept that you didn’t understand, take the time this week to really learn something new.
