The Path to Freedom: Week #3

As we continue on our path towards freedom, we prepare ourselves for the upcoming week with one quote to live by, along with three guiding tenets, rules and/or goals for the next seven days. 

Quote of the Week

This week, we work hard and we work often. The time for procrastination and laziness has passed. Be productive!

Rules & Goals of the Week

1. Hit the gym at least five times.

Your mind will be constantly racing with the thoughts and stresses of all the work that you are finally trying to complete. As a result, there will be no better way of ensuring that you maintain your sanity than going to the gym at least five times this week.

2. Create something new this week.

Since you will be working hard this week, it will be doubly important to have a creative outlet. Make something new and exciting, just for fun.

3. Act with honour.

Without honour, having everything means nothing. Instead of acting in your own best interests this week, act in the name of something greater – act with honour.
