The Path to Freedom: Week #2

As we continue on our path towards freedom, we prepare ourselves for the upcoming week with one quote to live by, along with three guiding tenets, rules and/or goals for the next seven days. 

Quote of the Week

Take control of your mood this week. Wake up early, hit the gym, eat a protein and fat-heavy meal. Whatever you need to do to break a lousy state – do it.

Rules & Goals of the Week

1. Wake up early for at least 5 days this week.

Whether it’s 7:30AM, 6AM or the crack of dawn, get an early start to your day at least five times this week. It is rewarding to know that everyone is asleep while you are making progress at work, at the gym, or elsewhere.

2. Eat, eat, eat!

Since it will be a week of hard work, you’re going to need all the fuel you can get. Stay nourished, eat healthy and do it frequently.

3. Take some time to do something for yourself this week.

Schedule a block of time that allows you to do something entirely for your own enjoyment. Whether it be reading your favourite fiction book or listening to a new album, kick back and relax!
